Essential is audio-only — perfect for events where you need clear sound, wireless mics, and a professional tech on-site but don't require screen display. The Presentation package adds a 65" screen, video switcher, and video laptop for slide decks, videos, and visual content. Additional screens can be added to the Presentation package for larger rooms.

We can stream to YouTube Live, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facebook Live, and most major platforms your organization uses. Let us know your preferred platform when booking and we'll configure the setup accordingly.

We recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance for corporate events. For large-scale conferences or multi-day events, 2-3 months is ideal to allow time for pre-event technical planning and rehearsal. Contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
